The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.
We only deliver to addresses within the UK. Deliveries will normally be made within 14 working days of the order date.
Luigi Ceramics will endeavour to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified. Should events outside our control prevent this, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you when you can expect the delivery to be made. If we are unable to fulfill your order, for any reason, a refund of all monies paid to date will be made to the credit/debit card used.
We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.
We hope you will be delighted with the items purchased on our website, but you do have the right to return any item to us for any reason providing it is returned to us within 14 days of the date of despatch and it remains in saleable condition. Simply print out and complete the returns form and return it together with the item to the address detailed on the form. We will refund the price of the item to the purchasers credit/debit card account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card which you are using is your own, you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds a re available to pay for the purchase.
Luigi Ceramics has the right to decline any orders without explanation. Luigi Ceramics is registered under the Data Protection Act and is legally bound by its codes and conditions.
